Pneumatic industrial arm manipulator with powered trolley sliding on rails

This execution of manipulator is used when the work area to be covered is bigger than the work radius of the standard manipulator on column or suspended in fixed position.

The translation on the rails is powered by a pneumatic, not reversible, motogear reducer.

The controls are located on the control handle of the manipulator, where are also located also the control for the gripping and releasing, the controls for the lifting and lowering and the control for any other eventual function of the manipulator.

The length of the rails and the supporting frame are designed and manufactured following the real customer''s necessities.

Max work radius 4.2 m, for all the length of the rails.
