Pneumatic industrial arm manipulator with double gripping tools for turbo compressors assembly
Gripping is made in two points, properly defined, by a double gripping tool. Each one of the two gripping tools grips the parts thanks to properly shaped jaws, that allow the gripping in a safe and precise way.
The terminal parts of the gripping tool are manufactured in material that will not damage the handled part.
To orientate the handled part in the different work phases, during the handling, the gripping tool is equipped with a 180° rotating device, operated by a pneumatic motor gear reducer, and with a 90° tilting device, operated by a pneumatic actuator.
Both the controls for gripping and releasing, the control for the rotation and those for the lifting and lowering of the load, are located on the control handle of the manipulator.
