Pneumatic industrial arm manipulator with three points gripping tool for moulds

Gripping is made, on the external surface, by a self centring three jaws gripping tool. The contact points are coated with bonded rubber with high friction coefficient, to avoid the damaging of the machined surfaces, and to improve the gripping during handling.

To orientate the moulds in the different work phases, during the handling, the gripping tool is connected to a 180° rotating device, operated by a pneumatic motor gear reducer.

Both the controls for gripping and releasing, the control for the rotation and those for the lifting and lowering of the load, are located on the control handle of the manipulator.

Max capacity 250 kg.

Max work radius 4.2 m

Max vertical stroke up to 2 m.
