Pneumatic industrial arm manipulator with handling attachment for gear box housings

Gripping is made by an expanding gripping tool inside the central hole of the housing. The contact points are covered with a plastic coating, to avoid the damaging of the machined surfaces during the gripping.

To orientate the housing during the handling to the different work phases, the gripping tool is connected to a pneumatic tilting device and to a ± 90° manual rotating device, with a mechanical unlocking lever.

Both the controls for gripping and releasing, than those with the lifting and lowering of the load, are located on the control handle, properly shaped to allow the operator to reach easily the manual rotating group.

Max capacity 80 kg.

Max work radius 4.2 m

Max vertical stroke up to 2 m.
