Pneumatic linear balancer with handling attachment for big cardboard boxes
The linear balancer can be used, for its cheap price and for its easy use, in applications where it is necessary to handle load not over hanged. It is used hanged to jib cranes and light crane bridge systems, in aluminium profile.
Gripping is made with a double fork, with regulating width, in the bottom side of the cardboard box. To avoid problems of stability, during the handling operations, a vacuum pad grips the box on its vertical side.
Vacuum generation by compressed air (Venturi system)
Both the controls for gripping and releasing, than those with the lifting and lowering of the load, are located on the control handle, directly connected with the support of the fork.
Max capacity 200 kg.
Max vertical stroke up to 2 m.
