Industrial pneumatic arm manipulator with pneumatic gripping tool, tilting and rotating, for pump bodies

Gripping is made by two self centring jaws, on the side surfaces of the pump bodies. Because of the different dimensions and shapes of the different bodies to handle the jaws have been properly shaped to facilitate the centring in the gripping zones foreseen.

The end part of the jaws have been covered with rubber with high friction coefficient to avoid he damaging of the handled part.

The 90° tilting device, with pneumatic actuator, and the 4 x 90° manual rotating device, allow to orientate the bodies in the different steps on the tool machine.

Max capacity 200 kg.

Max work radius 4,3 m.

Useful lifting stroke 2,4 m.
