Cast Iron Valves Production
Since 1963...
...the manufacturing process in our plant has been monitored by an integrated and constantly updated hardware/software system.
An internal network of industrial terminals connected to the manufacturing machines allows the supervision of all the production stages and gathers real-time data.
This system allows not only production supervision but also quality control.
Every stage of the checking process, including size measurements, is recorded centrally.
We are therefore able to guarantee the traceability of every manufactured valve, starting from the production batch.
The documentation of every supplied product includes:
- chemical analysis and mechanical properties of the materials (with EN 10204-3.1 certification)
- inspections of all components upon receipt;
- results of the process quality control;
- final hydraulic test according to EN 12266-1.
After the assembly stage every valve undergoes the hydraulic leakage test (EN 12266-1), followed by a coating stage, which can be customized.
