INVA 53: The Most Effective Pneumatic Solution for Automated Handling Systems

A 5-way, 3-position pneumatically actuated valve for optimising multiple blower applications

Maros Engineering presents Inva 53, an air-flow-reversing valve specifically developed for pneumatically-operated, blower-based automated handling systems.
As the result of years of experience in the development of vacuum valves, Inva 53 guarantees speed of execution and ease of use, meeting the need for efficiency and reliability in automated processes.

Superior performance, multiple applications:
Inva 53 is the ideal solution in a wide range of automated systems for handling parts, single pieces or multi-unit packages, including:
- Gripping systems
- Automated lifting systems
- Palletisers
- Suction tables

Thanks to its technical configuration, this valve is a key component for improving productivity and reducing downtime in handling processes.

Advanced technical features:
Inva 53 is a 5-way, 3-position valve with two pneumatically actuated cylinders. As well as providing a quick pick-up and release function, it offers a third standby position, which allows operations to be momentarily interrupted without shutting down the blower. This feature is particularly useful in situations that require a short pause in the work cycle, such as for a pallet change or when an intervention by an operator is required, avoiding unnecessary energy wastage and optimising the workflow.

For maximum flexibility of use, Inva 53 is available in different sizes, from 1‘ 1/2 up to 4’, with aluminium or acetal resin body.
With its combination of reliability, usability and efficiency, Inva 53 positions itself as a state-of-the-art solution for industrial automation, responding to the needs of a market increasingly oriented towards process optimisation.

INVA 53 is part of Maros Engineering's INVA Series of vacuum valves, developed to combine versatility, excellent vacuum seal performance and consistent reliability over time.
