Simon Zoppke (Global Key Account Manager Food & Pharma) welcomed Olve Vangdal (Lead Auditor/DNV) from Norway at the hose certification event. The robust hose, made of high-quality polyurethane, has a smooth inner surface that enables an optimal flow rate during transport processes and prevents the formation of deposits. The new hose solution is resistant to UV radiation, ozone and many chemicals, and meets the stringent Norwegian standard NS 9416:2013. The Master-PUR H FishTec is extremely flexible and is available in various sizes so that it can be adapted to the individual requirements of the plant.

During the certification process, the Master-PUR H FishTec was tested in a destruction scenario under real-life conditions, among other things, and demonstrated excellent material properties and high stress crack resistance. The food hose offers numerous advantages over conventional hoses and increases productivity in fish farming and aquaculture.
