Matex Planetary Gear Modules
Matex planetary gear modules are unique products characterized by their modularized planetary gear mechanism. Simply incorporating our products allows for effortless design and the construction of original reducers without needing to design the planetary gear mechanism itself.
Our standard lineup includes outer diameter sizes ranging from 26mm to 200mm, making these products suitable for a wide range of environments and applications. When it comes to materials, we provide plastic (P series), sintered steel (S series), and cut steel alloy (M series) products in the same sizes, enabling an optimal selection based on your application and cost requirements. The single-unit reduction ratio ranges between 3 and 7, while multi-stage configurations can flexibly handle high reduction ratios such as “3 x 5 = 15” and “3 x 4 x 5 = 60.”
This flexibility and wide variety allow Planetary Gear Modules to be used in a wide range of products, including industrial equipment, collaborative robots, autonomous vehicles (AGVs and AMRs), compact mobility vehicles, smart agriculture, medical and nursing care equipment, infrastructure facilities, etc.
