Development of low backlash Planetary Gear Module

Compact and Precise!

We have developed a modularized Planetary Gear Reducer with less backlash than the average Matex product, imagined for use in robots, servomotors, etc.

We verified the degree of influence of the clearance between each component that causes backlash, adopting a complete assembly redesign which reduces backlash not by changing not only the gear parts, but also through the addition of other structural technologies such as rolling bearings.

Our low backlash modules are used in collaborative robots, industrial robots, and autonomous transport robots.
