Custom Manufacture of Electric Motorcycle Shaft Parts
Matex, a true jack of all trades
We recently received an order to manufacture shaft parts used in metering equipment of electric motorcycles.
Matex uses in-house metal processing equipment for manufacturing parts for speed reducers/increasers, and these machines can also be used to manufacture gear shafts.
We carry out manufacturing processes that use multiple different machines, such as lathe machining, gear cutting using hobs, and machine center milling.
Due to the complex shapes of our products, we achieve high blueprint accuracy through numerous trial evaluations meant to determine the optimal processing conditions.
We also conduct measurements of tooth profiles and tooth lines using gear testing machines, and carry out inspections using 3D measuring machines and image dimension measuring machines.
