The Swiss drive specialist maxon will present a special highlight at the Compamed trade fair from November 11 to 14, 2024 in Düsseldorf: The MIRA Surgical System from Virtual Incision will be on display. MIRA is the world's first miniaturized and robot-assisted surgical device. It works with the maxon ECX Speed 6 and 8 mm drives (sterilizable).
MIRA became commercially available for use in colorectal procedures in the U.S earlier this year.
