All bearings are made of ball bearings from leading manufacturers. They are light to wind and offer outstanding resistance to wear and tear. In addition, the reduction gear uses our unique displacement system with special heat treatment, which allows the operator to work with more freedom. The mechanical brake also has a mechanism that allows the gear gap to be adjusted freely, ensuring outstanding durability. The surface is completely primed and coated with a baking finish, making it resistant to rust and robust enough to be used in any working area.

Reliable safety

The carefully selected materials and advanced design and technology ensure an extremely high level of safety. Particularly in areas subjected to concentrated loads, precision-pressed ribs or double plates are used to further increase strength. The mechanical brake has a double safety mechanism, so that even if a shock is applied to the pawl arm, it will not cause no braking. The wire rope fixing to the drum also has a double safety structure with a special drum that secures the wire rope to the drum. Fixing the wire rope end to the drum can be done easily and securely with the included hexagonal L-shaped spanner. All this is our unique and highly reliable safety design.
