MC-monitoring is commercialising its first industry 4.0 compliant sensor. This sensor is a proximity probe with integrated electronic. Thanks to built-in linearisation electronic, the proximity probe can be used for shaft vibration and for axial trust position monitoring. This feature allows spare parts and engineering costs saving.
The embedded sensor head makes it resistant to shocks. Calibration data can be recored in the built-in memory for traceability purpose. The sensor can be calibrated according to different target materials.
MC-monitoring provides also API-670 compliant proximity probes for industrial applications.
