Fryer

Besides being important for cooking, frying is the process that helps the product to have more crispness, a browned appearance and an incomparable flavor

There are several factors that can influence frying, such as oil, temperature, or even the product. And for each specification MCI offers a solution.

Safety, economy, and quality are synonyms of the MCI continuous fryer line. The 10 SLE fryer is the solution to reduce oil oxidation. All built in stainless steel, capable of producing 300 kg/h (products between 25 to 120g), it is ideal for savories in general, flat or non-spherical products. Its volumetric capacity is 165 liters, and it can use vegetable oil or fat such as palm oil.

This fryer has an immersion conveyor, suitable for lighter products that float. It keeps them immersed in the oil, preventing them from floating and thus frying them completely..

During the frying procedure, many products generate residues, be it from breading or small parts that come off when in the oil. When they are exposed to high temperatures, these residues burn and transfer a flavor to the product. With this in mind, the 10 SLE was made with a cleaning system, which is composed of a conveyor belt that removes these residues and makes cleaning easier, for more efficiency and economy.
