These standard moulds for micro injection moulding are especially designed for use on Babyplast machines and are available in different variants. The ready-to-use ejector set systems enable precise positioning of the ejectors and are equipped with an optimal guiding system. They are available from stock in two versions. These two standardised ejector sets are unique in the market. The cavity plates for the micro moulds are available in a wide range of materials: in ready-to-use version from grade 1.2311/1.2316, and in the unhardened version from 1.2083/1.2343ESR. This enables their use for many different applications, such as the manufacturing of precise small and micro components, cost-effective small and large series production, and the making of prototypes and small parts for medical applications. The standard mould tools can be easily configured and ordered from our online catalogue. Meusburger also provides the CAD data for all products. The range of accessories is especially adapted for micro injection moulding and comprises of cylindrical fine centring units, temperature regulation systems and insulation boards - all available from stock.
