NEW BRUSHLESS SERVO GEARED MOTORS IN STAINLESS STEEL IP69K.

Series “SS” is brand new in Mini Motor production. Brushless worm servo geared motors with power from 90 to 750 W, tagged as PCFSS – XCFSS – SXCFSS in 230 Vac and BLDC 24/48 Vdc versions. This series offers many advantages: they are smaller and lighter, and grant higher performance than steel asynchronous motors of same power, which are heavy, burdensome and offer less performance.

Moreover, when combining series “SS” with Miniaction 300, designed by Mini Motor to operate both electrical asynchronous motors and brushless

AC (BLAC) with power up to 0,75 kW, the highest flexible application is granted.

Both motor and reducer are stainless steel to give utmost corrosion-proof and hygiene.

Produced mainly for the most difficult applications, the geared motors “SS” are built in stainless steel Aisi 304 for the food & beverage industry,

and in stainless steel Aisi 316 for the chemical pharmaceutical sector; they are absolutely resistant to acid substances and alkaline solutions, and can

undergo the most intensive and frequent washing at high pressure.

Thanks to IP69k, absence of fans and their special shape with entirely polished surfaces, with neither edges nor channelling, these geared motors

facilitate washing operations and guarantee the highest hygiene.
