NEW ANODIZED PCF 4T2 GEARBOX

BLACK COLOUR AND IP67 PROTECTION FOR THE CAR WASH.

Created to satisfy particular requirements of the United States car wash sector, the new gearbox in anodized aluminium is ideal for all non-food applications where water is present, and there is a need to undergo frequent washes with agressive solvents.

The hard anodization process, designed with particular specifications to obtain that typical opaque black look, unmistakenly distinguishes the new IP67 worm screw gearbox of the PCF series, of which range it is an innovative part.

Sectors of application: From car washes to chemical-pharmaceutical.

High humidity, constant and continuous use of water - even at high pressure - with potentially corrosive chemical solvents, represents the normal operational conditions of car wash units, a sector which has pushed for the development of the new gearbox at the specific request of a United States manufacturer in the car wash sector. The product thus obtained, complying with all the requirements necessary for certification in the US market, turns out to be ideal for many non-food applications for which a very high resistance to humidity and corrosion is required, as for example in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector.

Technical characteristics.

Its performance, internal components and manufacturing specifics faithfully mirror the choices adopted by Mini Motor for the other models in the PCF series. With a power of 130 W and a nominal torque which can vary from 2 to 18 Nm, the PCF 4T2 gearmotors have a totally enclosed, asynchronous trifase 2 pole motor, with thermal safety protector incorporated, and IP67 protection.

The reducer, with 32 mm centerline, has its crown in Caro bronze, screw in tempered steel and output shaft in stainless steel.

The PCEF version with planetary gearbox output is also available on request.
