ESTER-BASED MICRO EMULSION (MACHINING, TURNING, MILLING, GRINDING): SOLESTER 520

SOLESTER 520 is a homogeneous and stable mixture based on a high viscosity index ester-based oil. It then has an excellent thermic stability, outstanding lubricating properties and superior cooling capacities.

Productivity improvement :

Applications :

• Dilution from 2 to 4% for any chips removal operations: machining, milling, turning etc

• Dilution from 5 to 10 % for harder operations: threading, tapping, drilling, deep drawing

• Dilution at 1% : grinding, profiling
