Emulsion from renewable raw materials: SOLESTER 520

This lubricant shows a very stable and homogeneous mixing, without odour and is not greasy. It is highly resistant to bacteriological development and has an outstanding capacity to release any other oil.

It provides an efficient and longlasting protection of tools, parts and machineries against corrosion. Moreover, the residual layer on the pieces is so thin and not greasy that the pieces are not sticky.

Thus, they can be easily washed or warehoused or shipped without cleaning.

Dilution from 2 to 4% for any chips removal operations : machining, turning, milling.

Dilution from 5 to 10 % for harder operations : threading, tapping, drilling and deep-drawing

Dilution 1% : grinding, profiling.
