New interface relay modules for plug-in connectors - euro “five.one”

All components of an automation system have to meet two strong requirements of nowadays systems: save space and save time.

Following these two coordinates we produced “five.one”, a new range of electromechanical and solid state relays in our new revolutionary pluggable version, that allows to save space , by optimizing linear density , and simplifying all wiring processes. Indeed “five.one” is a new pluggable interface, designed in only 5.1 mm thickness. Each single support is completed with single-pole plug-in connectors, that can be supplied in both screw or spring version.

It is therefore possible to make pre-wired solutions and all maintenance, inspections and testing procedures in an easier way. Furthermore connectors can be of different colours, in order to make connections identification immediate.

What if there is more than one connection?

Even simpler! With “five.one” it is possible to use different interfaces one by one, or plug and unplug wires with only one click, by using multi-pole connectors. This solution makes also marking extremely easy : it can be made directly on each plug-in connector and also on the interface , with two different solutions.

Eventual crossing connections are easy to make and highly visible thanks to pre-insulated, multi-pole plug-in jumpers. In a row of modules the addition of a separator (with breakable jumper slots) will not modify the pitch so it will not be necessary to split the jumper to insert it. Interfaces range EURO “five.one” now consists of all versions with dedicated power supply from 12 to 240V, and both electromechanical and solid state relays.
