FachPach 2021: MOSCA's first live appearance since pandemic began

Focus on UCB strapping machine with banding system and two in one KZV-321 pallet strapping machine

What are the hallmarks of sustainability and digitalisation at the end of the packaging line? MOSCA will be answering this question at Fachpack 2021 (Stand 3C-312, Hall 3C) with a live debut of the high-performance KZV-321 and the UCB strapping machine with banding technology.

"Our exhibition stand at Fachpack 2021 marks the first time that we will be back on site at a trade show in nearly two years," explains MOSCA CEO Timo Mosca. "During this time, we've been working full speed ahead on new innovations and developments – and we're looking forward to presenting two of them at Fachpack." The KZV-321 that will debut live in Nuremberg is an extremely versatile high-performance model. This machine straps single pallets of different heights as well as stacked pallets. In the past, this operation would have required two separate machines – strapping a double pallet through the pallet base was not possible. The KZV-321 efficiently combines both processes in a fully automatic machine.

Maximum flexibility is also the focus of the UCB strapping machine designed for the corrugated board industry. This model will be returning to Fachpack in 2021 with a new feature: since mid-year, the machine has been available with a banding system. This makes it optimally equipped for handling fragile products like glossy materials.

The MOSCA display at Fachpack 2021 features several other proven machines, including the state-of-the-art EVOLUTION SoniXs TR-6 Pro is a prime example of digitalisation, networking and automation, the entry-level RO-M FUSION model and the EVOLUTION SoniXs MS-6 KR-ZV, which was specially developed for lightweight products on dollies, pallet cages or wooden pallets.
