MSE Furnace has recently announced a new design ultra high vacuum furnace which goes up to 10^-6 mbar vacuum level.

Heat treatment under vacuum is very suitable for air-space (original parts production and repair), land turbines, automotive and tool industries. Controlled heat treatment of the parts in the vacuum environment prevents the harmful effects of the charge that reacts with the gases present in the air. The main advantages of this process are; to obtain glossy and oxide free surfaces that do not require carbonization or decarburization, to provide controlled heating and repeatability without toxic waste or harmful smoke exits. It is suitable for brightening, annealing, sintering, degassing, stress relieving, heat treatment.

MSE Furnace designs and manufactures a wide range of Ultra High Vacuum Furnaces to meet high quality, safety and reliability standards. Locations of heating elements within the chamber are determined via simulations in order to obtain homogenous temperature distribution inside the volume.
