The LensAFM by Nanosurf : 3D surface technology
The LensAFM by Nanosurf is an atomic force microscope (AFM) that is designed for integration into microscopes and 3D profilometers. It features improved resolution and measuring capabilities, which can extend optical analysis in various applications.This tool not only provides 3D surface information, but can also be used to analyze a variety of physical sample properties (e.g. elasticity, conductance, magnetic features.).
The main advantage of this product is that it is mountable and equipped with an objective lens that gives a clear view of the sample to be measured. It is easily positioned above the desired measurement position on a sample by simply using the optical microscope’s position manipulators. An integrated motor takes care of sample approach: just bring the sample into optical focus and the LensAFM will do the rest.
