Fieldbus protocols and how they work

Fieldbus protocols are frequently used as standard to connect to the PLC or PC-based controller for the data transfer in machine and vehicle construction. The bus cable replaces the previous cable bundle.

NBB offers an appropriately equipped radio receiver as part of one of the system solutions for integration in this type of bus system.

Data transfer with CAN bus

Typical application areas can be found in industrial automation.

Data transfer with PROFIBUS

Typical application areas can be found in machine construction.

The Compact M2 receiver is suitable to be equipped with a PROFIBUS interface.

Typical for relatively simply structured control commands.
