NBK’s EPU Wireless Positioning units is a factory automation device which automates changeovers and positioning in production lines. It can shorten changeover time, reduce manual labor, and minimize errors.

The built-in motor rotates the feed screw, grasping the current position via the encoder and stopping at the target position. Positioning is automated with the feed screw.

For EPU-220 control, a dedicated transceiver is needed.

For initial setting and PC control, the software EPU-COM is required. It is available free of charge on NBK website.

Modbus Compliant wired model will also be released.
