SVSQLG is newly added to NBK's extensive specialty screw line up for vacuum applications. It is a SEMS screw with ventilation hole made of high strength stainless steel.

Pre-assembled screws and washers contributes to improved workability, especially in difficult spaces. Captivated washers prevent fall-out issues. SUS316L, the material of SVSQLG has excellent corrosion resistance and it is non-magnetic. Bolts have a tensile strength of 1000N / mm2 and a 0.2% proof stress of 800N / mm2. It incorporates a high strength flat washer suitable for the strength of the bolt. The proof load is approximately 1.8 times that of general stainless steel hex socket head cap screws. Therefore, smaller screw diameters and reduced quantities are achieved to save space and reduce weight. The sizes are M3 to M6 and the length is from 8mm to 30mm. Cleanroom wash and pack service is provided as standard. It is suitable for vacuum devices / vacuum chambers / FPD production equipment / semiconductor manufacturing equipment / electron microscopes.
