We have had many requests for special nozzles to clean very small diameter and shallow blind holes so a special nozzle for that operation has been standardized.

There have also been requests for a non-manual system to use with automated systems that drill deep holes which then need effective cleaning and removal of debris while maintaining cleanliness on the product after cleaning.

So this unit for automated systems has also been developed and now available to be integrated into automated systems.

The collected debris can be taken away by a customer supplied collection system or Nex Flow® can suggest a system utilizing our Nex Flow® Ring vac® air operated conveyors.
