EvoGear beautifully combines all the benefits of a powerful gearbox and is geared towards anyone that values a wide variety of ratios, stylish and easy-to-clean design. As the name suggests the EvoGear gearbox is an advancement - but it’s a mini revolution too, as all of the findings, design aspirations and requirements that we’ve had over the last few years have been invested in a cost-effective, multifunctional product.
That’s why the components were reduced in size, the construction was improved, and more ratios were implemented, as well as additional output variants. The planetary output level also offers two-stage ratios up to i=100:1 with high torsional rigidity, while the Washdown housing provides enormous benefits in terms of hygiene.
EvoGear is an exceptionally dynamic drive solution that guarantees the highest performance with low dimensions and a low weight due to its compact, stable construction. The gearboxes are virtually maintenance-free under normal operating conditions due to lifetime lubrication (> 30,000 h S5 load spectrum as a design basis). Its high efficiency factor up to 96 percent also saves energy.
The following frame sizes are available: EG55, EG75, EG90, EG115 which contain the following output variants: L (full shaft), LSV (hollow shaft) with the following ratios: i= 3:1, i=4:1, i=5:1, i=6:1, i=8:1, i=10:1, i=12:1, i=15:1 and PL (planetary output level) with the following ratios: i= 16:1, i=20:1, i=25:1, i=28:1, i=35:1, i=40:1, i=50:1, i=70:1, i=100:1 .
