Introduction: As for this product, considering customer’s mass production requirement,

a. We propose our automatic precise CNC lathe with gantry loader, for saving the labor cost and improving the production efficiency.

b. Based on the parts characteristics, we designed one customized 8-position stocking bin to put the raw materials,also with a conveying belt for unloading the first-step finished parts.

The first -step finished part is picked by the second Q7 lathe and unloaded on another conveying belt after processing.

c. The exact CNC lathe is our typical flat bed Q7, with the rigid structure resulting in better stiffness.
