Magnetic Motor Rotor for Motor or Pump

Electric motor rotors are made from Mutipole ferrite ring, Plastic and shaft .The motor rotor is a moving component of an electromagnetic system in the electric motor, electric generator, or alternator, or pump. Its rotation is due to the interaction between the windings and magnetic fields which produces a torque about the rotor's axis.

Our company has over 10-year experience in the magnetic assembling; we can design the assembling tooling according to the customers` final specifications, the relative products we have done is magnetic rotors, linear motor rotors, pot magnets, different kinds of magnetic assembly parts; we can also make the dynamic balancing for the motor rotors.

Different assemblies have their different specification, the common materials used are permanent rare earth materials, steels, stainless steels, plastics and kinds of glue; with special requests we are able to machine the parts with strong magnetism in order to get the quite tight dimension tolerances.
