Magnetic Filters or Magnetic Liquid Traps for Removing ferrous Contamination
1. Many different styles are available for different materials. Normal style, easy cleaning style, insulation style( heatable ) , fast connection style, custom made.
2. Magnetic strength can from 6000 to h 13,000GS for N style, 5000- 9000Gs for E style.
3. Standard working temperature≤80℃, max working temperature can be chosen from 80℃ to 350℃ as the same with magnetic bars if needed.
4. Connection can be through ferrule, bolt plate, flange or uneven head,etc.
5. Stainless steel 304 or 316L is available for shell material . they can be reach sanitary standard or food grade.
6. Properly designed magnetic configuration ensures maximum magnetic effect without impeding liquid flow.
7. Pressure design or other special requirement can be custom made.
