It is the only double wegde on the market of Nivell of the serial DK permit of concentrate all forces of leverage precisely at the machine center where is fixed , who procure a great sécurity of positionning of the machine.

The torque for the setting screw of adjusting is just 4 to 6 mN per ton. The maximun levelling load per support point is an impressivea load maximun of 15 tons for DK-2 and 25 tons for DK-3, and 40 tons for DK-4 , in option 56 tons special version.

The adjustement is very accurate and absolutely paralell with zero clearance.

Great rigidity with the centering core double wedge DK-2 the vertical rigidity is of 5000 N/μm or 7500 N/µm with DK-4 during the life of the machine and ensures precise production over many years..

No horizontal machine movement. Central fixation ofbearing parts thanks to stable centring sleeve through which the floor bolt passes. The levelling screw and centring sleeve are on a single axis and prevent asymmetrical forces from acting on the lifting mechanism.

The rigidity is optimale for absorbing the variables loads verticales and horizontales

Full surface and stable machine positioning. Rigide spherical machine supports using large, spherical discs (calote) to compensate for uneven floors.
