NivuLog 2 EX N - Mains-independent power supply and remote data transmission for measurement sites

The NivuLog 2EX GPRS data logger is perfectly suitable for measurement sites without available power supply.

This unit can be installed quick and easy and does not require additional constructional measures. This is why even measurement sites within Ex areas (Zone1) can be equipped with reliable measurement systems very quickly.

The NivuLog 2EX features a web interface for easy configuration. Measurement and transmission cycles hence can be set and modified from the office. A web-based data portal ensures data access from anywhere in the world.

Thanks to MicroPower® technology it is possible to operate a measurement site utilising two pressure probes self-sufficiently over a period of several months. The enclosure together with the chemical-resistant protective cover features IP67 protection rating. Since the entire measurement system including the logger as well as all connected sensors can be accommodated within the shaft, there is no need for expensive constructional works and to excavate road surfaces even if the shaft is in the middle of the road. The NivuLog2 Ex can be installed hanging in the shaft or by using a wall holder bracket. Due to its easy configuration and initial start-up as well as very easy installation, the NivuLog 2EX is a highly economical solution

Typical applications for the instrument are level measurements in stormwater overflow tanks, in silos or any vessels in Ex areas. Appropriate NIVUS level sensors for Ex areas e.g. are the NivuBar Plus II pressure probe and the i-Series ultrasonic sensors.
