Duplex and triplex roller chains and sprockets
Duplex and triplex roller chains are ideal for demanding applications in e.g. material handling, packaging equipment or agricultural machinery. The performance is 1.75 times (duplex) or 2.5 times (triplex) that of a single chain
The roller chains from norelem guarantee optimum power transmission under uniform, non-uniform or impulse operating conditions. They can be used with both electric and internal combustion engine drives. The duplex and triplex types are of European design with curved link plates according to DIN ISO 606. They are made from steel or stainless steel (duplex only). The pitch ranges from 8 mm to 1 1/2 inches. For quick assembly, norelem also offers chain links to match every chain size.
Suitable duplex and triplex sprockets that are also included in the norelem range ensure optimal interaction with the roller chains. The pre-bored, steel sprockets are available with 8 to 125 teeth. To keep in line with the motto "Everything from one source" chain tensioners can also be obtained from norelem.
