Novakon Co., Ltd. has been honored with the 33rd Taiwan Excellence Award, presented by the International Trade Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. The award ceremony took place on November 27, 2024, at Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2. This year, nearly 1,000 products from 460 companies competed for the prestigious recognition, with only 286 outstanding products from 155 companies making the final cut—a testament to their exceptional capabilities. Among them, NOVAKON’s NPP-156P01 Industrial Panel PC stands out as the world’s first Siemens Industrial Edge-certified industrial panel PC. Its remarkable achievements in R&D, design, and quality earned it this national accolade. Mr. Calvin Chang, President of NOVAKON, accepted the award on behalf of the company, showcasing the brand’s profound strength and innovative value.

The Taiwan Excellence Award, often referred to as the "Oscars of the industry," aims to recognize outstanding products that lead industrial innovation. Each year, the evaluation by professional judges based on five key criteria: R&D, design, quality, marketing, and "Made in Taiwan". The award highlights products with "innovative value," serving as a benchmark for Taiwan’s industrial excellence.

The NPP-156P01 Industrial Panel PC is powered by an Intel® Celeron® Processor J6412, a quad-core CPU that delivers energy-efficient and high-performance edge computing. All series includes two screen options, 15.6-inch and 21.5-inch, both with 1080P Full HD resolution, and features a projected capacitive multi-touch panel. With an IP66-rated waterproof and dustproof aluminum front frame, a full-metal body, and a heat-dissipating fin design, the fanless system ensures efficient thermal management, providing reliable, long-term stability even in harsh industrial environments. NPP-156P01 offers a rich I/O ports, supporting diverse industrial applications with excellent connectivity and expandability. It supports panel or VESA mounting for durability, stability, and easy maintenance, meeting the demands of continuous 24/7 high-performance operation.
