New Features for the FX-Control Software

Good news for all FLEXUS FX100 customers! Version 3.0 of the FX-Control Software contains many new useful functions, and is available for free download.

A significant addition is in the field of electrical loudspeaker measurements. The calculation of the resonance frequency and the Thiele/Small parameters is now fully supported by the FX-Control software. These functions are available as a "calculation element" and fit seamlessly into the operating concept of the software. The impedance characteristics are used as input parameters, optionally with or without additional load on the loudspeaker membrane. The sequence control of the measurement is carried out in the FX-Control "Sequence mode", so it is possible to completely capture the electrical characteristics of a loudspeaker within a few seconds.

XL2 Vibration Meter supports PPV measurements

If you have the Vibration Option installed on your XL2, you can now also record the Peak-Particle-Velocity (PPV) values, as well as the peak and the peak-to-peak values of all spectral measurements, thanks to the new firmware V4.50. Furthermore, you can also now display measured values in fixed ranges.
