The automatic system performs basis in complete autonomy of the following:

Carton blanks transfer, through conveyors, to the machine

The gripper is able to manipulate both wrap around carton blanks and more simple trays

Automatic survey of the carton blanks height on pallet

Automatic selection of the stack of from which to draw

The robot works independently, with the same end effector, with blanks (for packers) that with trays (for tray packers)

In addition to the standard model of the UGO, you can have different optional modules:

Pallet conveyors for the automatic loading of the product

Total removal of the blanks from the pallet via vision system (*)

Removal and storage of the interlayer, if any ( plaque du fond )

Stacking empty pallets
