ODOT remote IO application case
In this process, it is very important to control the temperature. Through multiple comparisons, the company finally selected the ODOT C series distributed IO system to control the temperature in the process. The RTD 100 CT-3713 IO module can achieve ±0.5°C acquisition accuracy, full-process sensor monitoring, automatic water addition, high-precision temperature control, and avoid dry pots and paste pots during the decoction process. The whole process is communicating through ODOT CN-8032-L and PLC controller. Automatic control, monitoring, and traceability ensuring the release of drug effects and a sterile environment throughout the process.
