The control system: with Siemens S7-300 PLC as the core, equipped with Odot CN-8012 Profibus-DP network adapter and other Odot IO module, acquires action signals of various limit switches, control the command signals of swithes, contactors, and relay action signals through the DI module; collects various position, pressure and other signals through the AI module, and transmit them to the PLC internal program for processing through the fieldbus; the electrical system of the track conveyor, the belt conveyor control system, the manipulator control system, the air pressure control system, the automatic lifting system, the automatic refining system and other systems are controlled through the corresponding output IO modules.
