ROTAR® presents a new series of universal and special universal cardan joints and shafts

From a perfect blend of the V Series (with needle bearings) and the X Series (made of stainless steel), a new product is born at ROTAR®.

The VX Series is perfect for precise applications with reduced play, requiring high speeds.

Being made of stainless steel, the main feature of these products is the resistamce to corrosion. They can therefore be used in the most diverse applications (from food and pharmaceutical industry, as well as chemical and marine applications) and they are resistant to heat, as well as to low temperatures.

The VX Series is obtained thanks to a careful construction. A special grinding technique allows a precise parallelism of the axes and of the individual parts of the joint.

All parts in contact (bushes, pins and balls) are cemented, hardened, ground and lapped.

The peculiarity of the ROTAR® brand, also for this series is the addition of cemented, hardened, ground and lapped stainless steel bushes.

In this case also, the system with the bushes, engaged on the lever, allows a great precision and a long life of the product, which only the ROTAR® brand guarantees.
