For these “specific” ball valves Series OMAL already obtained the "TA-LUFT FUGITIVE EMISSION" issued by TUV, which certifies the complete sealing system of the stem for at least 60,000 cycles life time with a temperature range of -10°C to 150°C.

This specific ball valve series is made in Stainless Steel in order to withstand with the widest chemical compatibility options.

Product wise, this series has been design according to the German Directive PAS1085 and in compliance with PED Directive as well.

These new models of ball valves will be presented by OMAL during ACHEMA, THE LEADING SHOW FOR PROCESS INDUSTRIES.

OMAL develops and achieve all the steps of the manufacturing process related to valves and actuators, from the design with 3D software to the final tests, producing internally all the components that make up our products. We have a die-cast department for the manufacturing of the aluminum components of our actuators and a painting department as well, for our internal needs.

We have High Tech machines completely robotized for mechanical manufacturing.

In our headquarter in Rodengo Saiano we are equipped with a Test Bench for valves up to 24” class
