A new business partnership

Nationally, and even more internationally, a solid business parnership with plant engineers-resellers, plays a fundamental role as the local Company better knows its market and the customer-end users. That becomes strategic for the purposes of positive sales results. Even if the e-commerce has revolutionized the commercial relations between the involved parties, on the other hand we are sure that the human factor must continue to be valued.

Since an organized program of expansion in foreign countries has been planning for 10 years, new commercial partnerships were developed and existing ones were strengthened.

In fact, OMG has always been active in participating in trade fairs, congresses, meetings and in seeking new collaborations through networks channels (Ice, Chambers of commerce, linkedin, FB, Direct Industry ..).

This partnership are very important, since the filter pump choice is extremely significant during the galvanic plants design, as the filtration standards that could be achieved depend also on its performances.

Through the plant engineer /reseller, OMG can collect detailed technical information such as:

- bath dimensions and chemical composition

- ph value

- working temperature.

Based on the experience gained in 50 years of activity, OMG recommends to respect the bath dimension / effective capacity ratio of 1: 3.

For instance, if the client needs to filter a bath of 5.000 lt, it is suggested the use of a filter pump with an effective capacity of 15.000 l/h; this capacity can be generated only by a unit pump with electric power motor of hp 3 (kw 2,2), whose capacity is about 30.000 lt/h.

In other words the electric power motor determines unequivocally the filter pump capacity and effective capacity.

The chemical bath composition also affects the choice of the filtering media to be mounted on the filtering block.

For acid bath, high quality cellulose filtering papers will be used; for alkaline ones it will be necessary the use of PP filtering cloths, whose permeability must be carefully selected.

As state above, it is clear that the collaboration between the installer-reseller and the manufacturer is crucial in order to better meet the customer's needs.
