OMVE complements its filling systems range with an Aseptic Bag-in-box filler: the FS218.

Being the 5th member the FS218 Aseptic Bag-in-box system provides the laboratory needs in sterile packing of food products, giving them an extended shelf life in different packaging.

Having an opportunity of waste free filling, thanks to the Aseptic buffer tank, it gives back the flexibility to the operator he/she requires for optimizing the process.

The Aseptic Filler can be seamless integrated with any OMVE heat treatment system, such has the HT220 or HT320 HTST/UHT. Bags between 2 and 20L can be filled easily, in less than a minute.
