ESD rejection is a challenging requirement for many electronic products, including glass optical windows and panels in the industrial machine vision market. Achieving the optimal balance between efficient transmittance and an adequate ohm-square value can be difficult.

OPTO5 provides a solution with a special antireflection Indium Tin Oxide electrically conductive coating, combined with a thickness-calibrated dielectric multilayer.

Our AR-ITO coating technology by catalogue enables achieving

- a surface resistivity value of less than 1 KOhm square,

- a reflectivity of less than 0.5% on both sides of the window in the 450 nm to 650 nm range,

- and a total transmittance of over 97.0% in the same wavelength range.

The substrate can be either BK7 or SCHOOT KG5.
