The S‑LT Tube Saw delivers precise, deformation‑free cuts in real‑world operation, providing the ideal foundation for a perfect orbital weld.

During cutting, the tube is held concentrically with 4–6 stainless‑steel clamping jaws positioned at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. This stabilizes the tube, compensates for ovality, and prevents pressure marks — a crucial advantage when working with thin‑walled stainless steel, hygienic piping systems, or sensitive electropolished surfaces.

The saw blade rotates 360° around the tube, following its contour with maximum accuracy. This creates a clean, perpendicular 90° cut that minimizes gap formation, improves root weld quality, and ensures stable welding parameters.

The integrated chip‑removal brush continuously removes debris, protecting the inner surface — especially important for industries such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and food processing, where surface integrity is essential.
