Designed to be used in public distribution networks with an operating voltage of up to 36 kV, it can include a MV / LV distribution transformer of up to 1000 kVA, is comes ready for intelligent network operations (self-diagnostics, remote management, remote control, low and medium-voltage supervision, etc.).

It consists of an associated type compact equipment assembly stored inside a prefabricated concrete enclosure. Access to the low-voltage, protection and remote control compartments can be gained above ground level, enabling the service to be maintained both in the medium and low-voltage circuits in the event of flooding. Integrated in the substation is the ekorSAFE safe integral protection system, which includes possible fault modes through temperature, voltage, current, pressure and level sensors, in addition to backup fuses.
