Successful start-up of OSV H40 in Poland

OSV H40 — high pressure foaming machine for processing rigid and flexible polyurethane foams.

On the week 12th OSV engineers successfully started up new edition of the OSV H40 — high pressure foaming machine for processing rigid polyurethane systems. Machine has been designed in accordance to the specific technical task by customer from Poland, application area is production of the insulated vessels.

OSV H40 equipped with climate control station which allows to adjust components temperature at the proper level. Also both polyol and isocyanate tanks has transferring pump which allows to fill the tanks form the factory 200 l drums in manual and automatic modes. OSV applies Rotary Power metering axial piston pumps, DUT Korea mixing head, and Siemens PLC and electronic components for its high

pressure family of the dosing units.

2023 edition of OSV H40 was designed and manufactured by both Ukrainian and Polish OSV engineering teams located in Kyiv and Rybnik accordingly. Till the present moment OSV still have no access to its headquarter and production facilities due to the fact that russian army still occupies that part of the Kherson region.

We would also like to add that the OSV H40 project is a very important step for us, a kind of challenge that confirms that even in the current situation, OSV is able to offer high-performance solutions to its customers.
