OSV Mini AB for casting 2K PUR adhesive — Air filter production

This week, our Polish team is demonstrating the OSV Mini AB machine for our potential customers from Poland for the air filters production. The test pours were successful, the unit worked with 2K polyurethane adhesive in a ratio of 100:42 and showed a good result in the final product.

The compact OSV Mini AB dosing machine can process two-component adhesive systems based on polyurethane, which are mixed in a static way, in a ratio of 1:1 to 10:1. Already in the basic version, the unit has the necessary level of automation, a compact platform, a modernized mixing head and a Siemens control panel.
